• Customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, and any delays caused by customs are not the responsibility of Made of Shiny Stars.
• Shipping usually takes 3-7 days for in-stock items and 1-3 weeks for out-of-stock items.
• Shipping rates start at $11.11 and increase with weight.
• Orders cannot be redirected once shipped, and Made of Shiny Stars is not responsible for damages, delays, lost, or stolen packages once handed over to USPS.
• After shipping, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress.
• In the event of receiving a damaged item, submit photographic proof within 24 hours of delivery, and Made of Shiny Stars will file a claim on your behalf.
• Depending on the situation, you may receive a replacement or store credit for damaged items.
