CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Any applicable customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.  Made of Shiny Stars cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs.

SHIPPING

• Orders that are in stock usually ship within 3-7 days. If the product is not in stock, it will take one to three weeks to receive the order and ship it to you.

• Shipping rates start at $11.11 and increase based on weight.

• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct as we cannot redirect orders once they have been shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please note that Made of Shiny Stars is not responsible for any damages, delays, lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to USPS.

ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. Please click on the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We take great care in wrapping each item with love and care to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. However, in the event that you receive a damaged item, please submit photographic proof of the damaged glass within 24 hours of delivery. We will file a claim on your behalf. Please keep the box and all packaging materials to help with the claims process.

Depending on your situation, you may be offered a replacement or store credit.
